SUNSHINE GOLF SHOP in La Cala de Mijas DOES NOT HOLD OR MAINTAIN ANY RELATIONSHIP, commercial or otherwise, with the limited company Sunshine Golf Viajes, S.L., nor with Mandy Roberts, nor with Michael Roberts, nor with Gemma
Gribbon, since the 1st of September 2.021.

These persons or companies are not the owners of SUNSHINE GOLF SHOP in La Cala de Mijas, nor do they have any delegation of their operations here. Neither are they the owners of our 140 sets of original rental clubs, nor is this their collection centre for rental sets. They do NOT OWN the website www.sunshine-golf.com for rental clubs and shop.

In view of the continuous complaints from our clients and the public about the total confusion that these people are constantly creating and the obvious evidence that we have that they are constantly acting incorrectly, misrepresenting the truth and telling the visiting golfing public in the area that the original SUNSHINE GOLF business in La Cala is their property, we have no choice but to publicly clarify that it is NOT, to avoid the damage that this is causing us and we reserve the right to take the appropriate legal action, apart from others that are already underway.
